Kitchen slide getting stuck
New High Country. Pulling in the kitchen slide the top seems to get stuck. I can walk over and pull it on the back end, it levels and then I can fully close it. I’m pretty sure I’m level but will check again. If off it wouldn’t be by much. Any ideas/suggestions?

By chance, is there a slide topper on that slide? If so does it seem adjusted pretty tight?

Hydraulic. Got rid of the unit with cables after a few snaps at the worst times/places
