No Power help??

Hello...perhaps someone can help me.
2021 3931FB Montana Legacy has generator prep no generator.

Camper is set up in a park with shore power. Worked fine.
Went Friday turned on AC nothing. Checked with power company that
there was power to the post. Yes. Had the park electrician come, checked
the breaker box at the post all breakers ok and correct current at post.
all breakers inside the camper ok. Still nothing.

The Legacy I believe has some surge protector built in, or an EMS system?
Called the dealer, service manager wouldn't even take my call. Stranded.

Does anyone know if there is a rest for the surge protection? If so where is it located? Could it be an open relay in the transfer switch? Just things I have read, don't have any idea what to do...Thanks!

The transfer switches have been a common problem blocking shore power. There should be someone come along shortly to help you with determining if that is your problem.

It could also be the EMS surge protector if the power is not correct.

Most likely the automatic transfer switch that determines whether shore or generator power will be used has made another bad decision. There has been a rash of problems recently with the new switches getting stuck in generator input mode for no reason. A Search on automatic transfer switch or ATS should uncover some quick help.

Some have had success by tapping on the case to unstick it. But replacement is the best answer. In the meantime, it is easy to re-wire and eliminate the generator power input.

Just to add to what Carl said, if the Legacy package hasn't changed this year, the unit will have surge protection only, not an EMS, so that is likely not your issue, unless a surge has taken it out.
