Ac issues

Both my ac's on my 2018 - 3721RL don't cycle
Properly when set on "auto" .I've been running them both on high or low fan to keep them from cycling on and of multiple times in a 5 minute period. Any fixes or suggestions from other Monty owners?

I would call Dometic Customer service in case your thermostats need to be replaced. I would also reset the thermostat by turning the thermostat to the off position and then holding the up and on buttons at the same time until ---- shows on the screen. then turn the thermostat back on and see if that helps.

here is another symptom of possibly the same cause.

I have a 2018 381TH. Our 2 (two) AC units will come on and work about as well as can be expected for some period of time. They start to cycle like was mentioned in the beginning post and then completely shut off. Setting the thermostat to a different set point does nothing. The only thing we have found to get control again is turn the thermostat off and then back on. The strange part about this entire mess is that is not the same AC unit doing this all the time. Sometimes the front and sometimes the rear. Today for some reason it was both. Re-started both and now the front is working and the rear has already shut off.

Any suggestions?

DQDick’s advice above sounds good to me.
