Factory tech Professionalism

Gotta love the quality install done by the factory techs. After breaking off the first cable tie (which broke because you put it on backwards), instead of backing the screw out for a new cable tie, just use another screw and make a second hole. While your at it, clip the cable tie off jagged so the next guy cuts himself.

Nice neat wiring job behind the InCommand panel.

The first time I took down my basement wall I was shocked at the mess of wires and sawdust. I got it cleaned up and a little more organized. Then last year when I put in the battery monitor I opened up the cabinet where the electrical controls and switches are to pull through the wire from the shunt to the monitor. Dajavu all over again. At least now when we get somewhere I don’t have to empty all of the sawdust out of the light fixture over the coffee bar anymore. We’ve been happy with our rig, I guess because I know that I would have to go custom build and pay 3 times as much to get better. They’re all the same at each price point, but I still shake my head. Maybe some day I’ll clean it up and cash in the copper lol

So true. Just think the money they could save by just taking the time to run wires and make the nice. Some wire is 3-4 feet longer then needed.
