Thanks so very much!

I just wanted to say thanks to all the terrific folks that we met at the MOC rally and to the incredible service folks we met at the service center. We took the tour asked questions and had all of our problems fixed. Not only that but when we passed thorough Goshen again last week, we took the tour again, (I love seeing how they are built) and once again they answered more questions without hesitation. I'm sure the service department was glad to see the back of us, but WOW were you all terrific. Thanks so very much.

It was great meeting you folks at the rally, too, even though we didn't get to spend much time chatting. We were so pleased you made it to the rally all the way from Alaska. And we hope your truck problems are all resolved now. Hope to see you folks again one of these days. Glad to hear you're now able to enjoy the traveling.

Hey folks, how are you liking the fulltimer life by now? I hope you are enjoying yourselves and please keep us informed as to your whereabouts. We were camped right behind you at the ralley and my wife fell in love with your dogs. Hope to see you both again.

Hi Steve and Kim,
It was great being able to put faces to the names of so many MOCers. I was especially intersted in speaking to you folks about Alaska but just didn't get around to it. Well maybe next year.
Hope you are enjoying our fulltime lifestyle. Great ain't it????

BTW- with my bad memory I had to go look up your photo to again but the name to the faces.

I noticed Rick Drinkwine's card in our trailer the other day. I read it over again more carefully and noticed this quotation on the card: "It all begins with listening."

We thought that Rick and all his customer service staff lived up to this quotation very well. (Rick is the Customer Service Manager for Keystone RV) In fact everybody we met from Keystone seemed to follow that dictum.

I agree. We worked with Rick, Bob Pearson, Garret, Jeff. Probably some others I've forgotten. They were excellent ambassadors for Keystone as well as being very helpful to us. Our thanks to all of them and everyone else at Keystone.
