Campground near Petrified Forest/Painted Desert
Headed towards the Petrified Forest. Any suggestions on good campgrounds in the area.

We got snowed in that area March of 06 for 3 days. Stayed at the Holbrook KOA. A younger couple had just purchased the campground. Really nice people catering to about 50 snowbound units. Jim

It is nothing fancy but is almost next door to the Painted Desert and Petrified Forest
