Woodland, WA

If you are looking in the area between Portland and Seattle for a good CG, we would suggest Columbia Riverfront RV Park, Woodland, WA. We found the staff to be very friendly and the sites were nice. The location is more country than city, but there are service stations and a Walmart located within 3 miles. The Columbia River runs right next to the park and it was really cool watching all the huge cargo ships come and go. We were even lucky enough to see a 200 meter Navy ship come down the river. Even though we didn't have time, Mt. St. Helens could be a day trip from this park.

We love Columbia Riverfront RV Park in Woodland, WA. We were just there for Memorial Day weekend.

Couldn't make it into that park.. waiting list too long. While were at the 7 Feathers rally, a lady came in next to us on the last day. She recommended Portland Fairview RV Park. After looking at Yelp, etc reviews I was tentative about it due to train/plane noise. So we bit the bullet and made reservations. The noise is there.. but NOT a problem at all. The place is large with mostly flat concrete pads, grass and plenty of room between sites. Some sites have good afternoon shade.. others not so good. Nice, mostly unused rec room and a small but nice pool. Well over 200 sites that seem to stay full. It has been hot here and I think my A/C is possibly going south.. And I don't have my Warranty yet. grrr
