I-680 S to I-80 W, Omaha

I was heading south of I-680 this morning and came up on a Montana (w/NE Plates) being pulled by a white p/u. I didn't see enough to tell the brand.) The Montana took the I-80 Westbound lane (I went East). Just about 0625 this morning (12 Jan).
