Clean That Composite Kitchen Sink

I have found a cleaner that restores the brownish, stained bowls of the composite kitchen sinks. I have noticed this obvious staining on older RVs, and now mine was starting to stain too. I got a spray bottle of Clorox Clean-UP at WalMart ($2.50 I think) and used it to get rid of some mildew in the shower. I then sprayed down my plastic cutting board in the kitchen sink and after about a half hour noticed the sink was considerably less stained. So I sprayed the sink, let set for a half hour, and scrubbed with a dobie. Like new.

i've tried it, but didn'tlet it sit, have to try that. When i have to bleach something, do it in the sinks and that sure makes them white again!

Be careful with straight bleach in the plastic sinks. If you let it sit too long it will definitely yellow the sinks. To bleach out anything, use about 2 capfuls of bleach (5.25% sodium hypochloride) per gallon of cold water. Warm or hot water causes bleach to ev aporate at a very fast rate.
