Storage Door Help

I have a 2021 3813MS and front Storage/Garage Door is leaking when it rains: I am stumped because I have the camper stored at a campground 2 1/2 hr away where I camp from Aug - Dec and I have called Keystone to get dealer info for warranty/service and not a single dealer will take in my unit!!!! Why? because I did not buy from them! Keystone said I could call a mobile service unit but that it may/or may not be covered!!! Pretty mad! So,,, I guess I will do repair myself - Now the question? Is the door sealed with just butyl tape? I am trying to figure out what parts I may need before I make the trek 2 1/2 hours to do the repair. Any watchouts or help would be appreciated to make best use of my time! Is there any video on removing frame or this type of repair. Thanks.
