Johnnyg Montana Fan Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: Hanover Posts: 335 M.O.C. #9710	I have a 08 6.4 with 23k, 10k of which it towing. When I purchased the truck I overlooked the gear ratio which ended up being 354 and in my opinion too high for the speed we like to travel with the trailer in tow. Also the truck goes into regeneration mode every 100 miles or so when towing. Average mpg is 8 with the trailer and 12 without!
