It's a valid topic that I didn't see before. I'll add my 2 cents in.

I don't think anyone buys an RV because it will be a good financial investment. They do it because they want to travel and/or have a place away from home. I guess there could be a couple more reasons such as house construction not done or just wanting to live on the road.

Two years ago my wife and about bought a RV at an RV show and it was about $69,000. We decided to go home and cool down to see if were really wanted to put down that kind of money and be tied to a payment - we went back and reviewed the video/pictures we took while we were there and there were 240 payments - 20 years. The total cost wasn't $69k but rather nearly 3x that much. That threw some cold water on the plans, and I'm glad.
A year before we bought land in KY near the TN state line. The point was to put the RV there, but for that cost we would be better off to build (which we intend to do, probably starting this year).
Turned out we started looking at used RV's - ones that we were ready to pay cash for, even if remodeling would be part of the plan.
We found a our 2001 Montana and honestly couldn't be happier. We did a bunch of work, replaced slideout floor, flooring, water heater, and quite a few other things and no debt.
Now we have a place to get away to (and not have to set up and tear down tents), and if we want we can take it travelling.
It would have been much harder without this forum giving us such good direction, hints and tips.

Your post made me laugh a little. Good way. Not negative.

There is no person if it was an AI bot. Lol

I am thinking some hacker type folks are playing with AI to see how it answers, so they can continue development for their needs. Could even be for greater good and not hackers. Who knows. No harm in the few I’ve seen on here but it obvious and intriguing.

You normally don't see these Spam Posts but this one had a chance of being real so the MODS gave the OP the benefit of the doubt. And at 5 am the OP proved they are a spammer. The Post and the OP have been removed.

Sorry to awaken a dead Thread. Next time I lean towards deleting these dubious Posts.
