Leaning landing jack

We purchased our Montana 3121rl on the 24th of May. When viewing the unit I noticed the front drivers side landing jack leaning, my husband thought it was just how they had it setting on the lot. When we got it home it was doing the same thing and not actually level when the leveling system shows it is level. We had to take back to camping world to get the paint protection completed and couple minor repairs and asked that they look at landing jack. They informed us that this leaning landing jack is normal? I posted same question on a Montana Rv facebook page and someone stated that the front landing jacks should have a 5 degree lean. That would be the same on both. Ours I am sure is way more than that as it is clearly visible that the foot/ plate looks to be sliding under the fifth wheel. Normal??

A picture would really help. There is supposed to be splay in the front legs but not the four rear jacks. I seem to recall that the splay is 5 degrees or so on a standard rig. If you have the Level Up retrofitted to a rig that didn't come with them, then the splay is something like 13 degrees (the supports for the electric landing legs are in the way if I recall). IN either case, the splay should be the same. CW is blowing smoke at you (for maybe the first time known - not!). Something is bent and they need to to step up.

I think the LCI Level Up manual for after market install specifies the splay. There might be a copy in the Files section, Otherwise it is on the LCI web site. Here is a link to the MOC Files section https://www.montanaowners.com/forums/downloads.php

On page 21 of this manual, there is pictures of the brackets that weld to the frame, and you can see the landing jack bracket has an angle that will splay the jacks out, and the picture of the rear jack bracket is straight so those jacks will be plumb, not splayed. https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws...cd_0001531.pdf

Take pix and contact keystone support. CW most likely damaged it and is not wanting to take ownership of it
