Screen parts

The horizontally sliding screen on our large living room window comes right off its track. There are two arched retaining /tension clips on the bottom, but nothing on the top. Is it supposed to have the same type of clips on the top or am I looking for something else to get this screen to stay on the track?

Ours just have the one set of springs, but you many not be getting it in the furthest back track. Ours are hard to get both in and out.
