Convection oven cleaning

We have an Apollo 1/2 time convection oven in our new Montana. The limited information that came with explains how to properly use the oven, however it does not explain what to clean the inside with at all. If anyone has used these convection ovens and can please let me know what you are suppose to clean the inside with after spills and splatters I would be so grateful.

Thanks so much

I have only used the microwave part of the oven. Let me know what you think about the half-time portion. I noticed by accident that when it gets moisture inside all you have to do is wipe it down, so I suspect just putting a cup of water in and microwaving it until boiling, then wiping it down will do the trick.

I remember reading somewhere about adding some vinegar to a cup of water and boilng it. Let it set inside for 10 min or so and the inside wipes clean.

I love my convection part of my oven. I have cooked on the 1/2 time side of the oven which puts your food directly on the round plate itself and I have also cooked using the convection portion of the oven which allows you to put your own dish on the round metal plate and cook. I like both so much. What is so great is that either way the item will cook in half the time of a regular oven. I have a rice dish I cooked which usually takes 30 minutes to cook and with my convection oven it came it just as good as before and only in 15 minutes. The other wonderful thing about the convection oven is it does not heat up the trailer like a regular oven does.

OK, I am going to have to try it! We take only weekend trips and don't do much baking but I will have to make it a point to try it. If it gets really dirty I am going to try adding the vinegar to the water.
