2017 Montana 381TH Garage question

Having issue with raising garage in 381TH. Thought I would check to see if anyone else with this model has had same issue.

When I press the button to raise the garage it runs for about 3 to 4 seconds, then shuts off. Press button 2 times and nothing happens. On third press, the garage raises for another 3 to 4 second. Repeat this process until it is completely raised. Once raised, when I press the button to lower the garage, no issue. It comes down correctly.

I have raised and lowered it completely a couple times to see if that would sync anything up but still does the same thing.

Just thought I would throw it out there to see if anyone else has had same experience.

Are your batteries fully charged? Are you connected to shore power?

Yes, when I was testing the garage this week I was connected to house (50 AMP) and batteries are fully charged. Keep them at home on trickle charger when not using RV. The batteries were in the RV and the control board also showed them as fully charged.
