Thanks for the pictures. It's certainly a shame and I hope it works out satisfactorily for you. It's a good thing you noticed it early.

Ok thanks. Good to know it’s not the frame.

As was noted in the past, the term "frame flex" should have been termed "wall frame flex" so that there is no confusion with the main steel trailer frame...which also had flex issues in the past. If the wall framing was tig welded prior to assembly, there would be no issues. Spotty tack welding by mig is not desirable, but time is money.

You'd think that Keystone would take an extra step and reinforce ALA the repair bulletin for that wall section if this is a common problem. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Here is a pic of my old (2006) Montana Frame from the brochure. I had frame flex and the arrows point to the areas where the welds cracked. These seem to be where major force is applied to the frame as you bounce down the road. I think they could do a pretty simple change at the factory by just adding gussets to the corners in these areas.
Now it seems they call it frame flex where any metal welds fail. I guess times change. Hope you get things fixed.

When I pulled out my rv fridge to change over to the residential fridge, I found that the aluminum tubing that forms the vent openings in the slide wall were not even welded in place at all. This could be normal for the wall design in this area on all trailers, but it didn't impress me as being quality. Then again, it is a trailer not a prevost.
