ACHY' LEGS

On our FIRST time out in our new 318BH, While uncoupling our 5W from the tow, our front stabilizer motor started making odd noises. After the legs had made initial contact with the ground but before raising away from the hitch, the legs stopped extending. Tried to retract them but motor fails retract OR extend the legs. Finally got the manual jack tool out and raised the 5w enough to disconnect from the tow hitch. Anyone have any ideas? SUggestions? Thanks!
