Thermo Pane Windows

We have a 2004 2955 RL Montana with thermo pane windows. Had the rear window replaced last year( under warranty ), and now the same window is leaking again. Any one having ( manufactured by Kenrow ) problems with these windows??? Called the dealer and they inspected the window and took pictures of the problem. The dealer called today and Keystone is denying the claim. I called the warranty folks at Keystone and the only help they would give, is to go after the manufacturer. So much for customer service. Left messages for the warranty person at Kenrow, but so far no reply.
Any one have any suggestions??

I find that hard to believe that Keystone won't look after their own. Get hold of Keystone yourself. I am sure someone will post a contact number.

In a case like this I have to wonder if the dealer communicated all the correct information and only correct information. I think I'd be inclined to followup by calling Keystone directly and then have them contact the dealer or send me an email to show the dealer, assuming the result is different. Keystone's number is (574) 535-2100. Ask for customer service.
