AC dripping through vents

I have a question about our new 2020 Montana High Country 373FL. When we run the AC for an extended period, it drips excessively out of the intake vents in the living room. I took the vent covers off, and there is a hollow square duct that is about an inch wide that runs between the two intakes, this is where the water is coming from. Never had it this bad in any of our previous trailers, it is more than a few drops, it is puddling on the floor. Any ideas?

Water inside from an air conditioner is not good.
First thought is the outside drain is clogged.
Next could be incorrect installation.
Third might be low freon.

With this being a new unit, you should contact your dealer for warranty repairs.

Hope this helps,

fourth might be tied to the Dometic Blizzard if that is what you have, issues with extra pan holes and two piece cover, depending on the year.
