We were first-timers last year. We saw there was a sign-up for Keystone Techs to work on your rig, but did not understand the process. If I remember right, they only do small jobs.
How does that work? I'm sure they don't work for free.

Last year was our first year too. The repair crews were amazing. Last year there was a sign up thread where you were able to list 2 items to have addressed and they were to be small 20 minute type jobs. However, one of mine was to address the built in surge protector that kept tripping every time we plugged into a new place. It was a known issue with the old part and they have since changed. Well since it was a bit more major they wrote up a ticket for us to go to any approved Montana repair place and they would get paid to do the work, the repair guys gave me the part to take. Our other repair was so small they actually kept asking us is there anything else. I think they did 4 or 5 small items. Best part....no charge for anything. I even wanted the new cabinet door they have in the new models above the stove and offered to pay for it. Low and behold they came by with one a few days later, it didn't fit so he had once custom made, again no charge. I can't say enough about those crews.

We were 19 months from our purchase so not really sure what was still covered under the 3 year warranty and what should have been out of warranty. I got the feeling that their goal is to make happy Montana owners regardless of warranty provided they are small issues. The cabinet door was definitely not covered and they wouldn't accept any payment.
