Mirror problem

About three years ago while we were living FT in our 2007 3400RL a vendor came through our campground selling/installing a "spot" type mirror that mounted on the horizontal mirror supports of my 1999 F250 SD (between the truck and the factory mirror). They are(were) great for seeing down and someone coming up in the blind spot. One of the mirrors has gotten "fuzzy" in the lower half and I need to replace it. Has anyone installed/seen these mirrors and know where I can purchase a replacement? Thanks.
