Hydraulic System Quick Disconnect

I have a question on the hydraulic system for the level up and slides on our 2018 FL3731 Montana. While replacing the circuit breaker to the larger size of 80 amps, I noticed a Quick Disconnect on the main manifold where all the lines connect. Why is there a QD attached to the hydraulic line manifold and what is it's purpose? Attached is a picture of the QD.

Could be there to do the initial fill and bleed of all the systems at the factory. Since it comes off the header at the solenoids would make sense.

I think that is just a test port for diagnostic testing. On the initial installation, you would still need to operate the pump and valves to completely fill the system, and that would be done without that port. Once filled, they would then adjust the in and out positions of the slides.

We have a similar situation, only ours is leaking from the test port. Any suggestions?

Order a replacement fitting and remove and replace the leaking one. It’s sole purpose is to provide connection point for pressure gauge if you needed to verify pump pressure
