Slide out insulation

I'm looking for ideas to add insulation under slides when we are parked for the winter. The worst is the kitchen pantry or buffet not shure what it's called. the floor is very cold and gets condensation on the floor of the cabinets.

I have read of people skirting their rig in winter. Probably the best way to save on fuel costs.
Here is a picture of one. He also covered the slide roof and walls with styrofoam board. Looks like he made a cut out for the slide window and taped heavy gauge clear vinyl over his windows.
If you go this route, make the roof styrofoam long enough to overlap the side styrofoam. Then the side styrofoam long enough to overlap the bottom styrofoam. That way it will shed the rain off properly.

Dan,

Hook your rig up and drive south until the temp is 60 or above.

That sounds like the best idea so far. lol I Think I'm going to try cutting a piece of ridged foam insulation and put it under the floor on the outside.
