2018 Montana 3121RL Furnace not working

Ok, so starting up a friends RV for an April trip we turn on the thermostat in his Montana, have 2 1/2 bottles of LP, and nothing happens. We swapped out fuses and still nothing. He mentioned end of last season his furnace would turn on click, but not ignite, thought it was due to the warm weather in the summer. I think it may be a sensor, but I am not familiar with the Furnace's Keystone used this year in the Montana.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

That's not a lot to be able to figure out what's happening. Does it click and then lock out? If the thermostat is calling for it to ignite and it clicks....have you verified it actually has fuel? Did he replace the LP tanks and turn them on too quickly? Regulator good? More info sure helps trying to figure out what's going on. At the moment it could be anything from fuel supply to control board to sail switch to ???

Here is an excerpt that may help....

"Here are some other questions and troubleshooting ideas:

• Does the blower run, but the furnace does not light? If so, this is usually a low 12-volt issue as the blower will run under 10.5 volts
• Do you hear the spark igniter trying to light? If you hear a clicking sound, the igniter is working but there is no gas or it has a cracked ceramic housing and is carbon cracking which means the spark is not “jumping” to the burner tube, rather following the crack to ground.
• Another issue could be the thermostat. You can jump the wires to bypass the thermostat to see if it starts."

Also, make sure there are no spider webs or mud daubers blocking the exhaust port. Since it has been a while since it was run, it could be that simple.

There is a furnace troubleshooting file in the files section at the top of the webpage. Hope this helps.

turns out the issue from our local mobile guy is these Suburban Furnace's should be mounted sideways so when they are mounted vertically water can get inside, and it appears it rusted the screen that allows my exhaust gases to exit, so they replaced the screen and cleaned the connectors and I am working now, brought it to them so I did not have to pay for them to come to me, great guy and Highly recommend them if you are in NJ. So annoying these MFG's do not follow what the MFG's of the products tell you to do.
