You need to bite the bullet and remove the coroplast liner on the bottom and just fill the tanks and look for leaks. The job is not too difficult and it gives you a chance to look at any other problems that might be up there. Just make sure you replace the steel strap cross members that go under the tanks before you fill them as they help hold the tanks from sagging when they get full. And welcome to the forum.
