Kitchen slide out

2011 Montana High Country, had wear bar replaced on kitchen slide also the motor. When i went to pick it up after I tried it a few times it started jumping and making a dragging sound, they tried lubing it and adjusted the cables, still had the same problem. Now they are saying the slide is leaking water and it rotted part of the floor which is under the fridge, they checked to see if the fridge was leaking and found nothing. But they are saying the floor is causing the problem. Has anyone had this problem. Thanks you

Sound like the gear box may have a broken gear which could cause it to jump.
