On a cable slide system the alignment of the slide out is done by the tightening or loosening the slide cables. There are 8 cables on each slide. 4 pull the slide in, 4 pull the slide out. There is an upper and lower cable, and they are on both sides. The motor that runs the slide is located in the center of slide (inside) at the top. You'll need to remove the upper trim, or remove the middle of the trim if it has something that looks like a decorative center bump-out trim. If the ceiling is high enough, you can just reach over the top.
It's actually very easy to do, it's just a little time consuming running the slide in and out, checking it from the outside, then going back inside again, make a few more turns of the nut on the adjusting screw, running it in and out, and then checking outside again. Sometimes this has to be repeated several times until you get it right. But that's how the adjustment is done on a cable system.
There are many videos showing how to do this on Youtube.com and this is something you can do yourself and special tools are not needed. You just need a wrench, or an adjustable wrench. And if you remove the front trim, a hammer and a few finishing nails.
