Dometic CCC 2 Thermostat Prolem

Yesterday my thermostat just froze on zone 1. We have two zones.


Can't turn the thermostat off, can't change anything, and we can't reset or what not.....


I took it off the connection and re plugged back in with the hopes of resetting it but it did nothing, still frozen in one setting.



Help. Any suggestion?

update: I disconnected my thermostat for about 1/2 and reconnected the cable and surprise, it is again working.
