Furnance cycling 2 - 3 minutes

My domestic furnace operates thru a incommand connection. Furnace runs great comes up to set temperature then cycles onmoff every two to three minutes with no noticeable temp change. Board was replace april this year, unit has blown two fuses but it takes about 1 thirty pound propane of use before it blows. Anyone have solved problem.

Did you have solutions to this issue? We used our furnace for the first time yesterday and the furnace cycled on and off every few minutes, all night long.
