Our first trip

Cathy and I took our "new" 2001 2955 out Labor Day weekend for a shake down cruise. Of course California had record temps that weekend. I know the A/C works. The only problem we found is a leaky sink, looks like nobody put any plumbers puddy around the drain baskets when the sink was assembled.I'll take care of that tomorrow. Cathy isn't to thrilled about the fluorescent light in the galley either. Maybe a trip to the hardware store is in order.
Friends camping with us didn't believe the fifth was almost 4 years old. The one thing we miss is some kind of night stand for a clock or cup of coffee. I'm thinking of building some or getting lucky and finding something we can use. Any suggestions out there for some night stands?
Overall we are very happy with our Montana and looking forward to our trip at the end of the month.

Our 2955RL has the 2 little shelves by the bed and 2 nice reading spotlights. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we have enjoyed ours.

Our 3670 has two little shelves also. I notice little corner shelves you can buy at Home Depot. Measure your space and give them a visit.

Glad you are enjoying your Montana. As others have said, it shouldn't be too hard to add corner shelves at the head of the bed. We use ours for books and it keeps our eye glasses close by so we can see when we get up.

YEP, just like most everyone said, ours has the two corner type shelves for little things like eyeglasses, clock, etc. We just wish they had made them a little bigger or perhaps even fold-up kind. I guess we just have too much junk!
