I think you might mean the circuit breaker. If that is the case, replace it with two 40 amp CBs wired in parallel. There are many threads here on this subject. Try the search method at the top of the page. Good Luck , HOOK

If it is clicking could be a bad battery. plug into your truck or into 110v and see if it works. If yes, battery is bad

They reset automatically, that could be the noise you're hearing. Continual pop out and reset.

In your original post , you mentioned a burned melted wire; that is likely where your trouble is , the object the wire is hooked to.

make sure that the wire that looks bad hasen't burned off. if okay,go to a camping store and replace your two circuit breakers. if it runs after that, recheck that wire,it should not get that hot to melt. that could indicate a short or maybe even a bind somewhere that is putting extra load on the circuit. If this is past your comfort level,I would suggest getting someone to do this.

You will need to load your pictures to some internet photo posting site such as tinypic.com, photobucket.com, or similar.
Then look at photo posting help for instructions.

Melted wire has to be the start point.

My guess would be that one of the coils in the solenoid shorted out and burned up. An ohm meter would probably show an open circuit (infinite resistance) across that coil now. A good coil should show a few ohms.

I have ordered a New solenoid, Like I say everything else DC works just not the slides.
it sounds like the clicking nosie is coming form the control pannel near the Pump.
