Stablizers

I had some doubts, but now I am convinced. I installed those front and rear stablizers. They work. Enough said.

I used the ones that are attached to the landing legs and the frame. There are a couple of brands. They both work the same. I chose the one with the round tubes.

I installed the JT's Stabilizers a couple of weeks ago on our Monty. We have not been camping yet, but did try out the stabilizers in our driveway. Really made a difference, at least 90% more stable and I would highly recommend them,

I tried to find the JT Stabilizers on CW website, but couldn't find them listed.

Jan, I got mine from RV Wholesalers.com. They were recommended by the manufacture as having the best price.

I'll second that. They really help to stabilize our Monte.

Have to fully agree with the JT's Armstrongs ...big improvement. We also ordered ours from RV Wholesalers.com $399.00 which was well worth the price.

For those of you who are looking into this kind of stabilizer, check out this website: www.steadyfast.com. I have his unit on my Montana and on a small 20' pull trailer. Two other rigs accompanied us on an 11,000 mile trip last spring and we all agree - there is virtually no movement with this stabilizer deployed. It has done such a good job that I have sold my tri-pod because I don't need it any more.

I installed the JT Stabilizers on my unit and it was the best money I spent. No more movement.

Phil & Cathy - cost isn't finalized yet as production is just getting underway, however if I recall correctly I have heard him mention something in the range of $200-$300, but don't quote me on that. Contact him by e-mail and you will get a better answer. His e-mail is on the website, but here it is again in case you missed it: pwhanscom@aol.com. I do know it will be less than the JT Strongarm because there are fewer parts and less installation. Mike
