prariepoodle Montana Master Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: Woodward Posts: 2,795 M.O.C. #450	Sweet Potato Crunch Treats 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes 1 C. sugar 1 stick melted margarine 2 eggs Mix ingredients well and pour in baking dish. Prepare Topping and pour over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or untill brown. Top will be crumbly. Topping: 1 C. brown sugar 1/3 C. self-rising flour 1/3 C. melted margarine 1 C. chopped nuts Mix ingredients togeather. Linda n Walt n kookie 2003 3280RL No Truck Yet King of the house is Kookie
