What post said it was shameful. What is shameful about happy holidays or seasons greetings. When you think about it we Christians are celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ we should be saying happy Birthday.

You obviously missed what I admonished folks about.
I started by wishing everyone happy holidays.
It was a sincere wish for all to enjoy the holiday season.
After a few responses, the conversation turned to political correctness.
Some folks just HAD to add PC comments with their Christmas wishes.
THAT is what I said was shameful.
You have taken my comment completely out of context and taken it to a whole different place. Shame on you.
However I still wish you happy holidays, merry Christmas, happy Kwanzaa, happy Hanukkah, and a happy new year. Pick one.

At this point I am now reluctant to wish anyone a happy, a merry, a congrats, a welcome, a thank you or any other pleasantry as I'm sure someone will turn it into something else.
