Missing bedrrom sliding doors
We bought our Monty used and the bedroom doors are missing. We would like privacy between the shower & bedroom. Were do I get a replacement? Can I put any sliding door in? What size?

Go to any RV dealer and order them, or look at Camping World.

Do you still have the track that are mounted to the ceiling? if you have them making a new set would be easy just 2 doors with a pair of rollers and a thumb pull.

How wide are the doors? Just 2 door the same size? The track is there and DH is a carpenter so I know he can make them work. Were they plain wood or like cabinet doors?

Sherry I have a 2980RL so somebody out there with the same rig you guys have should be able to give you the measurements for them.

We had them in our 2003 3295RK but not this Montana. So I can't measure. However, you could easily figure it out. When opened they completely closed off the bedroom from the bath area and there was a slight overlap between the doors. You could probably measure from wall to contact point, divide by 2, then add about half an inch to an inch and that would be the width of the door.
When closed they need to be able to be locked in place. Ours had both a plastic strap across the leading edge (now I'm trying to remember if it had that strap) and also a spring loaded lock in a vertical position with the peg of the latch going into a hole in the floor. I wish I could describe the latch better but anything to keep the doors from busting free on the road would work.

I wish you were nearby, I'd be happy to give you mine. We haven't ever used it. It is extra weight that we just don't need to pay in fuel to haul around. Coming to Arizona or anyplace in the south?...you can have mine for free!
