black water valve

Does anyone know how to get to the black water valve in a 2006 model 3295RK. The grey water and black water handles are in the basement on the back side. However, I would like to be able to lubricate the valve on the dump side of the valve. The valve is very stiff to open and close and the valve lubricant dumped in the toilet has not resolved the problem. Any ideas?

I have never been into a unit with your floor plan, but I bet the plumbing is similar to the one I had. The black and gray tanks can be accessed by dropping the belly pan. The discharge line and valve on each of them is near the tank. It looked to me as if it would to be a touch job to get into the valving.
