Montana HC Ceiling Panel

DH has to pull off rear section of LR ceiling panel to see how much damage a water leak (which we suspect is coming from an improperly sealed AC) has caused. In order to get at the staples holding ceiling panel in, he'll have to cut the ceiling panel. Has anyone ever had to replace any portion of their ceiling panel and if so, where did you order it from? Bear of a job.
