I was a member of the Keystone forums for 4 years having purchased a new 2018 Cougar 27SABWE. I've had 6 trailers all used but this was my first new. As with, I would have to say everyone that purchases a new trailer, I went through a severe learning curve as to expectations when spending 42K on and new light weigh trailer. It took me 3 years to get the Cougar in shape and a lot of frustration but I came out the other end with a good unit!
I sold it for a reasonable price and moved up to a Monty. A leap of faith! The dealership was a major factor in my decision since they put up with me for 4 years! (FLRV) Since my purchase which was less then 2 months I knew what to look for and how to ring out a new unit! I've done just that and I left the Keystone forum and joined this forum! Wow what a difference!
I won't go into detail but, this forum and the Monty is the real deal! There are members of Keystone on this forum that are here to help and help they have!
I just want to say thank you for making my 90K purchase feel like the correct decision!
