Smoked meat & fish

We enjoy smoking meat and fish. We currently use a Brinkman Smoker that is about the size of a Weber Grill. This is not practical to take fulltiming. Does anyone have any suggestions for ways to smoke meat and fish while RVing?

Thanks,

Glenn
