Chicken Salad for a Summer night !
1 Whole chicken boiled- remove the skin and fat off the bone. Take all the remaining chicken and chop up fine. Put in a Large mixing bowl.
4-6 boiled eggs-chop up and put in Mixing bowl.
1 large jar of sweet salad pickle cubes-put the entire jar including juice in Mixing bowl.
1 onion-finely chopped-add to bowl
4-6 celery stalks-chopped up fine-add to bowl
about 3 heaping tablespoons of salad dressing or Mayonaisse( your choice) I prefer salad dressing.
1 tablespoon of sugar
Mix all ingredients in Large Mixing Bowl-store in a tight container. This is great for pic-nics , sandwiches, on crackers. Makes enough to feed 4 -8 Hungry Men!
