One slide out not working

I just purchased a 2016 Montana 3711 and having problems with the slides and auto leveling. The auto leveling display just says error and can’t lower jacks unless I do them manually. The dining room slide is moving so slow it’s hard to see it moving at all. Lots of popping for several minutes after you let go of slide button and it slowly moves out without me pressing button for a few mins. Like maybe a 1/4” in 5 mins. Other 2 hydraulic slides worked ok. What are you suggestions on the slide and even the auto leveling problem? Thanks for the help. Looking forward to reading up on all the folders.

Somewhere near your convenience center or up front near the pump are 3 or more black knobs that manually shut off each individual slide ... make sure all are open fully counterclockwise. Check for something jammed under the slide floor. Make sure the bolt in the balance shaft under the slide isn't sheared which would cause the slide to skew. Sometimes unplugging the electrical connector behind the jack control pad and then plugging it back in resets issues. Other times the module goes bad.
