The yard that is. We are not really bird watchers, but it is fun to see all the different birds that come to the feeders, trees, plants, and flowers. The group is always changing. Here in no real order is a list of the ones that have been and left already, here now, and those that will arrive later.

Woodpeckers (northern flicker, pileated, downy, and hairy)
Swallows (tree, and barn)
Ravens

Band-tailed Pigeon
Ruby crowned Kinglet
Steller Jay
Hawks (red tail, sharp-shinned)
Kestrel
Bald Eagle
Down by the river one may find Kingfisher, Dipper, several ducks and geese.
