Have tried numerous times waving at oncoming Montanas on two lane roads. Never had one wave back in return yet.....
Do have a MOC placard on the ladder though should someone pass this old slow poke.

I'd like to have a MOC placard of some sort. Where can I get one?

I don't wave and more than likely, if someone waved at me I would not wave back. Why? Because my eyes are fixed on the road and traffic around me. I'm not star gazing into the distance, attempting to see who or what is sitting behind the driver's seat of another vehicle. Especially on 2 lane roads where the roads are usually a bit more narrow and, definitely on-coming traffic is closer than on divided highways, it's just plum dangerous to have my eyes off the road. On an interstate, there is usually a divide and it's hard to see the actual driver on the other side of the road anyway. In metropolitan areas where interstates travel, the traffic is usually so heavy, taking your eyes off the road for just a second to glance at something else could have serious reproductions. No, I don't "star gaze" when I drive. My eyes are on the road and on-coming traffic is just nothing but big gigantic moving machines coming toward me. That's all I see.
The time for socialization is at the campsite, not in the middle of traffic.

It’s great that you’re being safe as the driver. I expect most other drivers are doing likewise. If I’m not busy navigating it’s me- the passenger, waving to fellow passengers. Just happy to see others that enjoy the same type of RV as us. Here’s to continued safe travels for us all!

Well if we spot you on a two lane, we'll wave back. Though the numbers have drastically diminished, some of is still drive friendly. Like the signs at the TX state line state - it is the Texas way....
