sliding door

have 2005 3295RK, the sliding door at the stairs is not hanging straight. when in stored position the bottom right protrudes a bit onto the steps. when closed i can see two nylon levers up in the track, the side of the door i can move up & down, i can reach the lever in the track with my finger but can't seem to lock the door so it stays up. Anybody know what to do? thanks

Send a message via MSN to Parrothead
There is a screw up there on the rollers that you can adjust. Much like a sliding shower door.
Happy trails.......................
