Fridge won’t cool

Hi everyone!
We bought a new 372rd in early July and almost a month ago the fridge and freezer stopped staying cold. It started working again then stopped and now stays at a temperature of 60. We’ve checked everything we could think of. We even turned it off for a few days then turned it back on and still won’t cool.
We’ve called service a couple times where we bought it and we keep getting told their busy and will call us back 🙄
Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this?
I have a feeling we may have gotten a “lemon” fridge 😕
Thanks in advance for any insight!

Troy,

First - welcome to the forum!

Are you running your fridge on propane or electric?

Thank you for the welcome!
I meant to mention I have tried both for more then a day to give it time to kick in. The first couple times it would start to cool but it only lasted a few hours. I’ve repeated it a few times since and nothing
We leave the camper at a seasonal sight so it’s always plugged in with propane as a backup.

Have you checked your battery? The control board works on 12v so it has to have that to work. If the battery disconnect is off, for example, then the converter can't charge the battery and the battery can't supply the control board.

Troy,

Are you getting any codes on the display where you turn the fridge on? When on propane can you hear the flame burning when outside the fridge vents?

We have the same issue.

We have the same issue on our 2015 3610 RL. Ours works until the outside temperature goes above 60*. It seems like it might be low on refrigerant.
We also could use some help!

Some of the same questions for you.

Is this both on Propane and electric?

Have you given the refer time (1 day or more) to cool down in either mode?

Is there any codes in the display screen?

Is 60 degrees the outside ambient air temp that the refer matches?
