fireplace cleaning
We have a 2008 3665RE and would like to know if anyone knows how to clean the fireplace? There are no screws in the front to remove it. Our tv goes down behind the fireplace for travel. Thank you, Wendy

I think you will find screws at each corner in the metal frame.

Nope, no screws in the corners. I did find some screws on the bottom where the the lower door opens to locate the controls. And two up top under the vent, kind of a awkward place to get into to. Thanks

Good one Bingo Our fireplace is like yours from what I can tell from your picture. Have you ever taken it apart to clean?

Wish I could help you out on that one, but unfortunately, the rig is too new to have to worry about cleaning the fireplace yet. We have only camped in it a few times to date since the purchase last fall. Hopefully someone will come along that has a little more experience than is, I would be interested in knowing as well. Couldn't resist on the chimney suggestion, I remembered a similar thread a while back.

Under the top front edge, in the top opening of the fire place, there are two screws going upwards into the wood above the fp. Remove them. At the bottom of fp inside the door on the right and left sides are two screws, remove them and the fp should slide out very easily.
