Jack, If not mistaken, Keystone is now handling inquiries on graphics directly. At the last Fall Rally in 2010 Keystone indicated that would be their policy going forward.
Contact Keystone Goshen IN directly for graphic information and requests. Hope this helps.

Jack, I just contacted Keystone a couple of weeks ago about our peeling graphics. Used the phone number we found on google search. The person taking my call was wonderful. I had to send pics by email to a prescribed address and within 24 hours I got a message approving their sending me out new ones! In fact, we've already got 'em! Now, because of age of Monty, we have to do the work....but it's better than buying them outright! Checked out the cost after Googling Burlington, what a savings! D

Does anyone have a "valid" phone number to Keystone and the best person to talk with about the cracked/peeling graphics? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks...

Herk,
Don't know if it is valid or not but at the end of this message I copied from another post you will find a phone number that might work for you. Good luck and I hope it works for you. Dennis

Graphics on our '09' 340 RLQ were coming off (Front and Back).. Charles Wade (Western Factory Rep.) looked at our rig along with several others while we were at the spring Rally in Jackson.
I contacted Charles and my local dealer (Bretz RV, Missoula, Mt.) about the problem when we got back home from our Spring 'Cruise'... After what I consider a pretty reasonable amount of time (a couple of months)... We just got our Monty back yeaterday with the new Graphics installed.
The Graphics were provided 'no cost to me' by Keystone and Mr. Bretz authorized the labor @ 'no cost to me'... I also received a Follow-up call from "Michelle" (Keystone Customer Service, {PH. 866 425 4369}) after I had contacted Mr. Wade... She wanted to be sure we were being taken care of..
THANKS KEYSTONE / BRETZ RV....

Having the same problem, front lettering "Montana" on the front cap is peeling. Called Keystone and sent them pictures via email. Now have to wait to see if they will send new graphics.

Here is the link to Burlington's website: Burlington. You can also contact Keystone CS at (866) 425-4369. You will probably need to provide some photos, like we did with our previous 2004 Mountaineer, but they will take care of you. You will more than likely need to pay for the old graphics removal and the new ones to be installed, but the replacements will more the likely be at no cost to you. If Keystone tells you the graphics for your year are no longer available contact Burlington directly and tell them the year you have and they should be able to get you what you need. You should be able to find exactly what you need here: Replacement Graphics.

Hope this helps,
Jack

On the 20th of June, 2011 I called Customer Services at Keystone, and mentioned that the graphics on the front of our 2007 were peeling. Just on the word MONTANA, not on the
mountain scene. The nice lady there said to send pictures of the deteriorating graphics, include year, model number, VIN and my address.
Got a nice e-mail this morning (30th of June) and they said my new graphics are on the way.
Many thanks to Keystone.

Same results, I had a couple of the side graphics peeling just a bit, but the front ,and back were terrible. Sent pictures, and ended up with a complete set, all the graphics for my fifth wheel 2008 3400RL. Took about two weeks start to finish. Very pleased with Keystone, could not ask for better customer service.
