Great idea!

Great idea! I just installed these on my HC for my 235 pound Saint Bernard and these are rugged enough to keep him where I put him. Love the idea of two connection points so I can tie him where it makes the most sense based on how we set-up. Thanks again.

Some great ideas out there but please be careful and only use nylon leash. Any type of metal leash could mark up the hydraulic cylinder and cause a leak.

Our dogs are always on their 6 foot web leashes. Non marring. I could see where non-coated cables and chains could damage the cylinder.

What about taking a new collar and running it through the eyelet and hooking it through leash handle? That way it is nylon webbing and should not break the handle of the retractable.
