Toilet cover

Our toilet lid cover has become unattached. Can anyone tell be how to reattach it? I don’t see a way to snap back. Thanks.

If it's the original toilet in the rig, probably the Thetford, you can get a replacement seat/lid assembly. Something probably broke for the lid to become detached. https://www.thetford.com/parts/rv-toilets/

Or, just go to Lowe's and pick up a new one. We replaced ours when the old plastic one broke. I traced the seat on a large sheet of package wrapping paper, and took the paper with me to Lowes. I compared the paper trace to the ones hanging on display and found a near match. Good enough for the camper, and .... it's a real wooden toilet seat!







While you are at it, install a Bidet! Your wife will love it!
